Vidya Balan kicks off the Brothel's Madam role, next week
And she isn't visiting any red-light areas for the same; no method-acting involved here
Come next Friday, the Parineeta actress will be shooting for Mahesh Bhatt's Begum Jaan- where she plays the role of the madam of a brothel.

Vidya will be parking herself for the same in Jharkhand for a month.
"It's gonna be a little over a month, to be precise," she says, "And mind you I have never been to Jharkhand in my life. I am told that the temperature will be around 45 degrees even on the days it has rained. Imagine the scorching heat that lies ahead for me."

Yet, Vidya is very eagerly looking forward to face the camera for this portrayal. "I am working very hard this year. It's going to be a very challenging time for me. I have never done four films in a year- but now I have Te3N (which releases today), Ekk Albela (Marathi), Begum Jaan and then the biopic of Kamala Das. Bring it on!"
